How We Use Your Data:

  1. FlowiseAI Cloud Registration: Upon registering for FlowiseAI cloud, we collect your name, email and organization to establish a contractual relationship enabling access to our platform. We utilize PostHog to enhance our product understanding and optimize user experience. Additionally, our Payment Provider - Stripe, collects further details, such as address and credit card information, to facilitate payment processing. You retain the option to delete your FlowiseAI cloud account. For more information on data collection, refer to our documentation.

  2. Self-Deployed FlowiseAI Usage: If you install FlowiseAI on your server, we only collect anonymized data on Flowise usage to enhance service and security. We never collect any confidential information about the node input/output, messages, or any sort of credentials and variables. Only specific events that are being sent were collected. Users can disable telemetry by setting DISABLE_FLOWISE_TELEMETRY to true in .env file. Detailed data collection information and opt-out instructions can be found in our documentation.

  3. Event Attendance: Personal information may be collected when attending our or third-party events, including name, address, email, and phone number, to promote our business. We may also capture images or videos for promotional purposes, with the option to opt-out by contacting us at privacy@flowiseai.com.

  4. Contacting Us: General inquiries submitted via email, website, or product platforms may require collecting your name and contact details to ensure effective response.

  5. Social Media Interaction: Engagement on social media platforms prompts the processing of your handle, name, and email to promptly address comments and queries.

  6. Website Usage Information: With consent, we collect website usage data to enhance user experience and website performance. Google Analytics may be utilized for this purpose.

  7. Personal Data: We may use your Personal Data to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that may be of interest to you. You may opt out of receiving any, or all, of these communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at privacy@flowiseai.com.

Data Storage and Retention:

For FlowiseAI cloud users, your data is stored within the data region you chose when you sign up. It can be one of the following regions: EU, US, or APAC. For detailed information on data protection measures, please contact privacy@flowiseai.com.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its intended purpose, including legal and reporting requirements. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for program analysis and support purposes.
